Who is following the project?
The friars of the Juba Mission
The friars of Juba with the youth of Holy Trinity Parish have started a volunteer group called PGP – Peace and Good People. Regularly this group of young volunteers reaches the giant refugee camp and the poorest areas of the African City for the purpose of providing medical care to those living on the streets. Their work is a concrete sign of the goodwill that dwells in the peripheries of the world. It is the testimony of young men and women who, while living in a context of violence and instability, do not forget their weaker and marginalized brothers and sisters. Fondazione OFM Fraternitas has been supporting their efforts for years, seeking the necessary resources to meet their logistical needs.
