Background<\/h3>\n

On Dec. 16, 2021, super-typhoon Rai\/Odette struck the Philippines, bringing destruction and ruin to several areas of the country for days. Its winds, which exceeded 240 kilometers per hour, swept away entire villages, causing more than 400 deaths and a hundred missing. <\/p>\n

The inhabitants of the six regions affected by the passage of the typhoon are now forced to start from scratch, subject to complete vulnerability. Thousands of people, of all ages and sexes, experience daily uncertainty related to the most immediate human needs: shelter, hygiene, food. <\/p>\n
