Background<\/h3>\n

Togo and its neighboring countries represent one of the most problematic areas on the entire African continent. Widespread poverty, mainly due to a climate affected by long periods of drought, is compounded by serious social problems. In fact, the population suffers from the outbreak of conflicts caused by the spread of jihadist terrorist groups and the spread of diseases such as AIDS. <\/p>\n
